October trainings

please take note of the following details for trainings in this month of October.

730-930pm For Muslims, do come at 7pm to perform your prayers. |
| Gathering point: | SRC Grandstand |
| Attire: | Half-u (for seniors), loose-fitting shirt and long track pants (for new members) |
| Things to bring: | Water bottle Face towel a change of clothes Running shoes & socks (compulsory for fitness training on Thursdays) |

All NTU pesilats are to be punctual for trainings. Those who are not able to make it or are going to be late due to some reasons, please inform the respective group ICs. This applies to all pesilats (current & new members).
In the event you are late/there is no one at the gathering point, proceed on to the training venue as stated above.
