Hi all,
please take note of training details for the months of Nov-Dec 2010.
| Tuesday & Thursday trainings | |
| Dates: Time: |
23rd, 25th, 30th 5 – 7 pm. If you happen to be early, use the time wisely for jogging and own training/revision. |
| Saturday trainings | |
| Dates: | 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th |
| Time: | 830 – 1030am |
| Attire: | Half-u |
| Things to bring: | Water bottle Face towel a change of clothes Running shoes & socks (optional) |
Note: There will be no training in the week after Xmas (25th-31st Dec).
All NTU pesilats are to be punctual for trainings. Those who are not able to make it or are going to be late due to some reasons, please inform the respective group ICs. This applies to all pesilats (current & new members).

NO TRAINING on Tuesday, 16 November 2010
Hi pesilats,
there will be no NTU Silat training on Tuesday, 16 November 2010, which is the eve of Hari Raya Haji. On that note, here’s wishing all our Muslim friends Salam Eid al-Adha and to all, happy holidays!

4th, 11th, 18th, 25th SRC Multi-purpose Court 3 |
| Time: | 730-930pm For Muslims, do come at 7pm to perform your prayers. |
| Attire: | Full silat gi |
| Things to bring: | Water bottle Face towel a change of clothes Running shoes & socks (compulsory for fitness training on Thursdays) |
