Hi guys!! its been a while since I last sent an email to this yahoo group but I heard great news during the Welcome Tea that i wanna share. SOme of you might have already known, that our FOunder Rizlan just gave birth to his first son 8 weeks ago… (i mean his wife that is)!!! I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Lan on the birth of his mini-Rizlan (hope Lan is still receiving email from this group) Best Wishes for this happy family… who knows, maybe mini-Rizlan will be the future president of our club one day…..

And since I’m already at it, I think the Welcome Tea went real smooth, so congrats to Shedah, Hajar, Rizar and the Odd Englishman for planning the event and congrats to all the members for makin it a success….

oh yeah, and lots of thanks to our special sapuan instructor for making the extra effort to come down

Red Moon Rising

To those attending the NTU Silat Welcome Tea 2007 this evening, keep a lookout for the lunar eclipse yah.

You can observe the moon at about after 7.15pm if the weather is clear.

The moon will have a red hue to it due to it being in the shadow of Earth.

Have an enjoyable NTU Silat Welcome Tea 2007, training under the red moon!

Match timing:

Farah: 3pm

Yazid: After Farah’s match.

Kak Lin’s suggests meeting at 2pm at Bedok.

Hey Team

One of my last few Farah Mails i suppose…boohoo. ..lol!

We had IVP Post Mortem today….shared all our input on everything abt the
club…IVP.. .Training. ..Recruitment. .etc.

And we also held elections today
I am overjoyed to announce the upcoming leaders of the next academic year.
They are….

Chairperson: Noor Ashedah Sarbini [Bengot]
Vice-Chairperson: Md Rizar Tambi [Pink Guava]
Secretary: Md Sufyan Sahri [Oddballs]

Whooopee! Congrats to the three of you yar, especially Ms Shedah Bengot for
uptaking the role of next BOSS. Hmm, I wonder if we’ll change her endearing
current nickname.

P/S, this Friday, some of us going Arnold’s to eat …watch movie
too…dunno what Hot Fuzz or Hot Fudge or something… .join if youre free k.
